In, 1999 Thad Bittner founded Decks, Patios & Improvements LLC with a dream of providing Frederick County and the surrounding areas with a Christian-valued, family owned, small company that could produce big company results. Thad believes that hard work, high quality, meticulous workmanship, honesty, trustworthiness and excellent customer service were not exclusive of each other. As a result, you will find Thad on every jobsite from start to finish, giving honest opinions on design and installation, and providing a high quality job within the customer’s personal budget.
